When I was still a student,
I used to learn history.
It was my best subject,
because it taught me where I came from,
I learnt about scramble,
partition of African communities.
The introduction of a white man,
(In our African Societies)
with the gun and the Bible.
They looked down at our culture,
claiming it is evil, yet the bible they brought to us.
Contradicts with rule of a gun.
Our ancestors are evil,
their ancestors are holy.
Now I have a question for you,
answer me with truth and love.

This world is circular, and the people living in are the same.
There is no need to under look, about people’s cultures.
Now the white men came in (Africa) with economic ambitions.
They knew that our communities, were strong and powerful.
They had to draw their plans, of peace and resistance.
The introduction of Bible, was a peaceful measure.
The rule of gun, was resistance where they failed.
Divided and rule, was a peaceful measure.
That is why they taught us, that our cultures are evil.
We got so stupid, and encouraged their cultures.
But if at all we praise one God, why are so many religions.
What I know about the Almighty, Jah living listens to everybody.
Whether you have a Black culture, the white superior cultures.
The Indian culture, the coloured cultures, the Chinese culture,
“Name it” we are Jah children, now I have a question for you.
